Ndarala Group

Ndarala began as an open voluntary group in April 1996. However, growing operational needs created a requirement for more formal structures.

To meet these needs, Ndarala Pty Ltd was formed in November 1999 to coordinate Group operations, to protect the brand name, to hold Group intellectual property and to provide a means of rewarding those whose contribution had made the Group possible.

Membership is a contractual relationship between the member practice and Ndarala Pty Ltd as the Group’s operating company under which the member agrees to accept the obligations associated with membership in return for the benefits flowing from membership. The Group’s formal structure is summarised in the following diagram.

Despite this necessary formalisation, Ndarala retains a strong collegiate ethos focusing on the creation of value for members and clients. This is reflected in the way we define the Group’s business: the creation of value among the membership, value that can then be shared between Group and members.
